These are not pocket breads, in fact they are the only soft, pliable, gluten-free gyro shop-style pitas out there.

Story.
Like most great stories, it starts with heartache.
Or stomach ache, as the case may be. We’ll spare you the details, but in his mid-forties, Chuck was diagnosed with Celiac disease. Fortunately, if there was ever a time and a place to live a gluten-free life, the mid 2010s in Seattle was it. But for all the great new gluten-free offerings out there — from muffins to breads to tasty beer — one thing was missing.
Pitas.
It seems no one had cracked the code on those soft, delicious gyro wrappers.
So, after years of trial and error, Iron Chuck’s Gluten Free Pitas were born.
